LOVE FOR THE WOUNDED

You may have heard about a Jason Gilson, a veteran who served in Iraq, and was verbally assaulted during a Bainbridge Island 4th of July parade. Go read the whole story, if you haven't already, and get your stomach turned.

Now that you're pissed off, what are you going to do about it?

How about sending Jason and his mother Tamar a supportive e-mail?

Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just that you heard their story, were appalled, and you wanted to let them know that they have plenty of supporters across the nation.
